Can all species mate with one another?
Almost; There are only two species that can only mate with a specific other: The Nyika and Dunia are the only species that have one gender per species. The Nyika are the males, and the Dunia are the females. They are both earth-based species, therefore they are genetically meant and drawn to one another. When two different species mate, (excluding Nyika and Dunia) their pups must be of either parents' species, not a mix of both.
Is there a specific breeding or birthing season?
No, you are welcome to breed or birth any time of the year.
Does my character's personality have to match the stereotypes of their species?
No, those are simple generalizations of the species. You are more than welcome to create a character that strays from those personality traits but you should have a fairly good IC reason for doing so. If a species does not have specified stereotype then those species are usually the most diverse.
Can any species join any tribe?
Yes. The only note we should make is that the Tadewi need to be around water, therefore Great Basin and Chaskai River are the most suitable tribes for them. Every other species is pretty good with any tribe.
What colour eyes can my character have?
You can have whatever eye colour you wish your character to have.
Can my character switch tribes, leave a tribe, or become a loner after they are already active?
Yes, but there has to be a valid IC reason.
When I join a tribe, do I have to have an IC thread with the Greatfather?
Not unless you want to. The joining process is ooc, but if you would like to have that joining thread with your assigned Greatfather then message them and I'm sure they would be glad to thread with you.
Are we permitted to have more than one co-rank?
Yes, you can have a maximum of three co-ranks per character.

Do I have to make an account for each character that I have?
Yes, an account is required for each character and you must register with that character's name.
Can I become a greatfather/moderator/administrator? And if so, how do I go about becoming one?
We really have all the staff we need (08/15/09) but if we do decide to add another member to out staff team then an announcement will be made and an application thread will be posted.
As far as Greatfathers go we have one for each tribe. If Tribal Elements becomes large enough we may add on a fifth tribe, then we will look for Greatfathers. Tribe council positions are assigned by the tribe's Greatfather.
How long do the seasons last?
The staff team will change the seasons and weather accordingly. We may even change the site layout if we see a want to do so.
Once I'm accepted does that mean I can post anywhere OOC and ICly?
Yes, but read the rules on tresspassing.
